Computech Systems Corporation is a worldwide IT solutions provider. Since 1985 we have been commit­ted to helping companies focus on improving their Re­turn On Investment (ROI).

Computech sells: Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard, Compaq and Cisco.  Computech is an alter­native channel for these products. We provide signifi­cantly more product for the same dollar expenditure than if a client bought directly from the manufacturer.
 
Manufacturers and VARs are contractually limited to the discounts they can offer. Computech is not limited by these same constraints. We can price freely based on equipment supply and demand market forces.
 
In these tough times it is important for customers to focus on immediate payback by reducing acquisition and operating costs. It is also essential that they con­vert surplus equipment back into working capital. Computech helps clients improve their ROI at each stage.

Engineering & Quality Control

Detailed Quality Control
The technical staff performs the most detailed quality control and remanufacturing processes of any firm in the industry. They carry out full configuration and verification of server and system components and return them to like-new mechanical, electrical and cosmetic standards. Every electrical and mechanical component is removed and completely tested. Monitors and cabinets are cleaned and repainted as necessary.

Systems Integration
The technical team is qualified to assemble and integrate entire systems, as well as load and configure operating software. Equipment is updated to the most current revision. Completed units are booted up for a continuous 48-hour “shake-down” run to verify that they are operational in an “on-line customer” environment.

Computech Systems, with our partners, provides a flexible Parts Program enabling clients to fine tune a response to their specific needs by selecting among four plans:

•  Next Day Parts    •  On-Site Spares
•  Hot Spares           •  Depot Repair


 
Next Day Parts
This plan involves an annual or monthly fee to have available all parts for a covered unit.
We maintain a stock of parts in our warehouse to cover a client’s server.

When a part fails and the client calls our Repair Hotline before 4:00PM (Pacific Time), we will immediately ship the replacement part on the first available overnight air courier serving that client’s area.

This is a good plan for low-end servers in non-critical operations.
  Hot Spares
For a monthly fee we provide the client with a fully duplicate system (or systems) configured to the client’s requirements and packaged for long-term storage.

When the client’s working unit goes down, a “hot” spare can be quickly activated.

As part of the program, the client returns the defective unit to Computech and will receive back another configured, prepackaged system to place into storage.

This plan works well with lower-end servers and workstations.
 
On-Site Spares
A dedicated spare parts kit for a specific system is stocked at the client’s site.

This plan is ideal for the critical systems of technically confident clients who perform their own maintenance, or for clients with critical systems requiring on-site service.

This plan requires a minimum 12-month contact (monthly payment plans are available).
       Depot Repair
Hardware repair is available through our partner companies on a per incident basis.

Clients pay only for the services they use.

Clients package and ship damage units to Computech.

We will either repair or replace the units and return ship them.
 

     

All equipment sold by Computech includes a
30 or 90 day warranty
and is eligible for SUN
or HP direct maintenance programs.
